I remember those Florida torrential rains. In Bradenton, the rain would flood highway 41 where all the restaurants are and we would float peoples cars from the center lane to one of the restraints parking lots. The water would be about four feet deep at the curb line. I lost an 80's Dodge Diplomat in one of those floods, lol lol.

I noticed that they have a Freedom Club out of the Pine Island Marina. You probably know this, but for your viewers this gets you out to Cayo Costa, Cabbage, Key, Boca Grande, Useppa Island, and of course the mouth of the Peace River.

@@OverlandFlorida Ya check it out. Cayo Costa has 30 campsites and I think 12 cabins. All primitive camping and only accessible by boat, but it looks like something that would make for an interesting trip for you all.

I didn`t think Airboats were aloud on the W.H. Chain of course we did one year it was an Airboat Cleanup on the chain called Project Eagle. Were they having another Lake Cleanup.
