I did the update since my camera started giving me the wrong date and time. Tactacam gave me a new SD update card and it is not working. Does it take 24 hours to straighten out?

I would wait the full 24 cycle to see if it updates as some cameras do take the full 24 hours to Update and upload the new firmware. If it persists call Tactacam

I tried the quick format 3 times and all 3 times the update wouldn't load. When I did the long format it worked almost immediately

I have a Reveal XB(R3.0) with the firmware 4KR3RCwBA07, it is having the Date/Time being set to Feb 7 2106, at 6:28am issue. I have removed the SD card, formatted it, put the firmware update on the SD card, followed all the steps; however, when i go to force the camera into the update mode using the Test button and pushing the slider into Setup, it will not even try to start a firmware update, it acts as though the Test button is not being pressed at all, it just enters setup mode as normal. It doesn't matter what i do in regards to the SD card, it refuses to enter Firmware Update mode, any ideas or places i can go to potentially figure out the source of the issue?

This may be an issue for tech support. I had a friend that had to contact them for this.

@@cdoarchery3665 I managed to figure out the issue. I ended up grabbing a U1 C10 SD card, it was 32gb and 120mb/s transfer rate so i grabbed it without a second thought, apparently that made the camera unable to pull the data from the SD Card to update itself.
