I think Liverpool right now lacks the maturity and composure needed to win a PL title. That is to be expected, when you consider that most of them have never been in a race like this before, and really Klopp is rebuilding the entire midfield after last season. An experienced side would've learned from their mistakes in the FA Cup game. The way to beat United is to break them down slowly, until their structural issues on defense cost them. Instead once it became 1-1 Liverpool turned it into another end to end basketball game where they just bypassed the midfield and ofc the attackers all chose the wrong final ball/shot. All these missed chances (Trent crossbar vs Arsenal, Diaz vs City and today) are probably the difference between a title and 2nd/3rd sadly.

They do have experienced players who have won titles before, ya know. Van Dijk, Trent, Allisson, Salah etc. so you can't use that as an excuse. What they lack is the killer instinct to finish off their chances, as well as a rock solid defence that won't get caught lacking.

In my opinion, Antony should've 100% started this game. Not just because of his performance at Stamford but just the fact that tactically it would've been better starting Antony over Rashford. Reason being is that Antony is the only winger at the club willing to track back. Liverpool were targeting our right hand side because of Garnacho not being the best at tracking back

You definitely need a new back 4 or L.Martinez to get fit with 3 new defenders to play a higher line so the gap between midfield and defence gets tighter when they move up to press. That midfield over yanited is wider than ice spice

Personally, I think Arsenal will win the premier league. I don't see them loosing any of their next few fixtures and I think that they have what it takes to be premier league champions. Being without Trent is a large reason Nunez and our whole attack is struggling a bit more, not trying to make an excuse really. Just as a Liverpool fan Trent is so valuable to us, We should've won anyways, and Harvey Elliot is one of the best young players in the league, genuinely what an incredible player.

In normal circumstances Trent is so valuable and the danger he creates is like no other, not really relating to this game necessarily, other than that the threat in behind isn't that great without a good passer, and with Nunez and Salah you want to fly in behind

What are we even talking about. Ten haag's tactics were hopes and dreams. Literally every liverpool attack ended with a shot, but united were gifted one goal and scored one wonder goal while liverpool were missing their chances. Klopp really missed with his substitutions, once he subbed Jones on, it was as if liverpool was playing with a man down.

Arsenal will win the league simply because they've conceded less goals compared to Liverpool or City. Sure they have a harder run-in, but recent results meant this team is forged in the crucible of fire. They'll surely win this season and next because of the best CB pairing in Europe and best DMs in Rice, Jorginho and Partey (when he's not injured).
