Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP) Promotional Video. Long Version

(English below) El Programa de liderazgo Táctico cumple 40 años en 2018. En este video promocional en inglés se describe su historia, su funcionamiento y su importancia.
El TLP de sus siglas en inglés es una organización formada a partir de un memorando de entendimiento entre 10 naciones de la OTAN.
El objetivo del TLP es aumentar la efectividad de las fuerzas aéreas tácticas aliadas mediante el desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo, de las capacidades de vuelo
táctico, de las capacidades de planeamiento de misiones y de iniciativas conceptuales y doctrinales. El TLP está situado en la Base Aérea de Albacete y sus dos ramas
operacionales (rama de vuelo y rama académica y de doctrina) están formadas por personal experimentado de las naciones participantes.
The Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP) celebrates its 40 anniversary in 2018. In this promotional video in English, you will discover its history, the way it operates and its importance for NATO air froces.
The TLP is an organisation formed under a Memorandum of Understanding between 10 NATO nations. The objective of the TLP is to
increase the effectiveness of allied tactical air forces through the development of leadership skills, tactical flying capabilities, mission planning and tasking capabilities,
and conceptual and doctrinal initiatives. TLP is based at Albacete Air Force Base in Spain and its two operational branches - Flying Branch and Academic & Concepts and
Doctrine Branch- are staffed by experienced personnel from the member nations.

Turkey particitated when I was working there, a few years ago. Many countries!!!!

@@alladara1 I think Turkey was there when I was working there, about 5 years ago. But I can't remember now. There were many countries participating at that time. Sorry. I can't remember now

Turkey is not signatory nation to TLP and not regular participating in courses, but they did and will occasionally participate in courses. www.tlp-info.org/history-of-tlp-2/
