@Mountain Man Medical, I’ve been a first responder for the last 12 years and I JUST learned something about red on emergency medical packaging THIS week. Red is the last color you can see when you’re about to pass out, and the first one you see when you regain consciousness. So if you’re injured or wounded, and having to either render aid or self rescue and you can still see red: the good news is you can still work, the bad news is you are injured in a very bad way. Red tab on a tourniquet is most helpful for self application. The more you know 😁👍🏼

I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know!

I’d love to see you cover the TQ-RAM attachment that turns this TQ into a junctional TQ!

Ive become a MASSSSIVE fan of the tmt. Between being super wide, having a buckle, easy deployment, and the lil junctional attachment, they really thought this thing through

Thanks again. I couldn't find CAT anywhere, so I found these on your store, but needed to know they'd work. As always, you demonstrate and explain all aspects of the device sufficiently. 4 more sold.

@@MountainManMedical Any suggestions for a holder since it doesn't fit into any of the standard LE issue gear. CAT Trap holder works but...it's difficult to remove/deploy. TQ must be worn on the front of duty vest accessible to both hands. Any suggestions?

@@skidder666c2 I would try something called "COMBAT MEDICAL TMT™ RIGID HOLSTER WITH MALICE CLIP® ATTACHMENTS." I haven't had a chance to try it out myself but maybe I'll do a review one day.

Saw a tragic vehicle accident video involving a complete amputation right below the elbow and bystanders used a tshirt and a half ass square knot to attempt to tq it around the bicep... i cant imagine how many times that situation happens where nobody is equipped mentally and physically to help.

Thanks for the comment Jeramyah. Yeah, that's what usually brings people to the channel. Most people don't think about learning trauma medicine until after something tragic has happened.
