Did you get both the low/high switches? One thing I did was remove the pin and installed the low option in my trigger finger. Gave me more room for my finger in the trigger housing.

Love your vids. Thank You for your service and sacrifices. Here's something I set up that I don't hear many talk about. Under my rear level 4 plate I slipped in a level 3 soft pad instead of a trauma pad. My thought is, it could be yanked and used to protect another surface. Price wasn't much different neither was the weight. Do you run side plates? I miss frogman stories from Shawn Ryan.. Would you guys please do a campfire hangout and let us civvys hear some things? An mdrx! I love mine. I've got the 20" barrel with a suppressor. Still short. Extremely balanced. It feels perfect! Fixes the balance of the 16" barrel. I love the paint job. I've had an lpvo and a fixed magnification scope on it. I figure a 20" barrel deserves that. Am I wrong? I've thought of just throwing a red dot on it, but I'm not sure. Mine fully kitted with the suppressor and a light is 11.5 pounds. A lighter optic would help that. But the 11 lbs doesn't feel bad.

I like that bikini plate carrier. Great set ups from you both, definitely helps give others some ideas and such. Myself, I like to go light and compact, so I'm not carrying much gear as I'm not gearing up for any major conflicts, but as the more I prep, I can't help but think it won't be a bad idea to have a set up for shtf in case of a grid down situation, riots, ect, especially as things will get worse here before they get better.

The AUG is a good gun, and I've been lucky enough to have put many rounds through mine back in the day (before I sold it) but it's rather outdated at this point. Particularly the trigger - it's just downright abysmal. It's why you don't see more of them out in the wild, Australians notwithstanding lol

Look up ''Gun Fails Darwin Award'' by Brandon Herrera. And also check out Kentucky Ballistics .50 cal accident. Lots of things could happen, whether it's a professional shooter or an idiot. I would never go to a public gun range without medical supplies. Someone might wave their gun around, or slip on a bag on the floor, anything is possible. These guys are most likely alone on the range, and maybe they are close to their car or house, so maybe they don't need a medkit on them in this particular situation. But anywhere else it's better to have it.

Coch ID's it as a Blue Force Gear 10 Speed rig. London Bridge trading has a similar one -- the Ultra Low Vis plate carrier. With it tho, the mags shingle is an extra component.
