Dude is absolutely phenomenal! Great tips always. Muscle memory vs neuroplasticity is like saying silencer instead of suppressor, clip instead of magazine. We know what is meant LOL.

Thanks I really needed to hear that this morning and your advice is highly appreciated and we're backing down off of the GQ gear and increasing the narrow-minded focus thanks always 👍.

i've been going to the range and practicing on just one thing at a time as you said. helps focus on that one thing that i keep getting wrong and every so often i'll combine it all in a friendly shooting match and i actually do see steady improvement!!

Yes, and it's scientifically proven that the trainee develops myelinization faster that way ☝🏻

I am curious as to applying the training advice. I know people who dryfire 2 hrs a day ( USPSA addicts !) . I’m only able to dry fire 3-4 x a week for 20-45 minutes. I try to live fire at least once a week ( USPSA practice Or Static line if I miss it). Does this neural pathway advice apply to dry fire? For example , 20 minutes a day versus 2 hrs. Or every day for the same time vs 2-3x a week?

Yes, absolutely! Now, you need to take into consideration that 2 hours a day, 3-4 times a week is better than 20-45 min a day , 3-4 times a week. But need to be careful of burnout. In general, more is better but again, the training must be with a high level of focus. It is quite challenging to keep an intense focus for 2 hours. Short sessions and regular breaks will help in that case. ☝🏻

Always appreciate the intel, but I can do without all of the special effects. If you have a solid offering, you don’t need to go out of your way with all the pizzazz to entertain me. It’s like a sixteen year decided to dress up your video. Recall number 1 mistake? Apply it to your video productions. BTW, I never made it to the end as I value my time.

I made it through by fast forwarding through the glitz. I agree the excessive special effects are distracting. Core content is good.

I am a big fan of the instruction on this channel, but I must agree with this comment. Too many distractions from the excellent teaching.
