nop until you finish the game, there you'll unlock a rewind feature that let's you travel back to all important decisions while having all the characters you already have alive ... still since genocide (law) route is ch1 decision you'll have to pretty much play the game twice to unlock ozma.

nah this fight was horrible if Oz or Ozma pick a single Physical or Critical card you better start over they'll one shot every single character including dragons , surprised SquareEnix left it as it was. Haven't spam the rewind feature so hard in the game, lol.

Same here, even trying to do focus on Oz and then Ozma its impossible, it feels im skipping something... I have denam berserker, 1 white knight, 1 archer, 2 swordmaster, 1 witch, 1 rune fencer, 2 healers, 1 vartan, 1 dragoon and 1 knight. All of them max lvl 25 and max lvl 25 on weapons skill.

@@Cerenduil you defo need a dragon in this fight for it to draw aggro away from your hitters... my party was Denam as warrior, Canopius, the two sisters as valkyries , aricelle as archer , the two white knights, hobyrym a berserker and a dark knight ... you need brute force to push through Also forget the healers and just craft the medicine that restores full health at a shop if you need money use the baldur blowgun+1 money glitch (you craft as many as you can and then sell them for profit, you can earn like a million in one minute).

​ @Bernardo Sanchez Yupppppp. In my late 30s and I've played so many "tactics" and SRPGs and this fight is easily one of my top "wtf" moments in any game. It's sad people on reddit defend this fight and just tell people "You need dragons, beast tamers spamming heals and dynast meads, use the blowgun money glitch, all dps characters, this specific load out, this specific ability, like come on you moron actually think." Haha wtf. Like sorry, but if the game requires you to meta game that hard just to get through one small boss fight, than pretttyyy sure it's the fight. Nothing else in this game is like this battle, it's all a cakewalk after this. Like you had to rewind and rewind until Oz stopped crit'ing EVERY ONE. I have Denam as ninja and one time Oz just one shot Denam. Then he one shot Canopus. The Ozma one shot 2 people with Cragfall . Everybody got critical hit! haha.

@@1UpBebop yeah this fight is cancer for sure, wait until the final boss who is actually worse, lol. This game punishes you hard for refusing to comit videogame genocide at the end of the first chapter

he dies in the chaos route, since you can't never recruit him in this route and gets the blame for the Duke's assassination.

@@bernardosanchez3401 oh wow! I know he goes evil and turns on you if you refuse to commit to the balmusa massacre. Plus I think he participated in it along with Leonar. How does this situation resolve involving those two and the Duke Ronway when they tried to shift the blame of their deeds to Denam?

@@matthewcostello8572 in chaos route you have to kill Leonar early in ch3 so Vyce becomes the Duke second hand but then is tempted by the chancellor to kill dthe Duke and blame it on the dark knights ... he almost succeed but oz and ozma interfered and he pretty much becomes the chancellor scapegoat for the plot. Also Vyce kills Raveness in this route so she becomes unrecruitable too
