Khoi Viet is right. You need to achieved 1000 KO before defeating Mitsunari Ishida and Yoshitsugu Otani. I've tried it and I got the weapon right the first try. It really works!

What's the time limit exactly? I'm pretty sure that i have done all objectives correctly and made it to A Blossoming Trust but no reward is shown. Please help.

Is there really no time limit for this? Because I followed the exact steps and I even got the golden weapon icon to spawn next to the "A Blossoming Trust" mission, but after I defeat both Mitsunari and Yoshitsugu and kill Hashiba I go to the results screen and there is no rare weapon. Any ideas?

+MeGusta868 All of the "rare weapon missions" have a time limit, if you let the gold weapon box disappear then you don't get the weapon.

Tried 5 times on Hard mode. 1000 K.O and completed all objectives and still don't get it. So it's unobtainable on PS Vita

On my 10th try i give up! Played on both difficulty (Hard/Nightmare) in Story and Free mode rushing quests (max. 7 min) with all objectives done, +1000 K.O and 90-100% health w/ Tadakatsu Honda, but everytime when i go w/ Honda for the quest *_A Blossoming Trust_* the rare weapon reward doesn't show up! Maybe on PC and PS Vita is another method for the weapon "Tonbo-Giri • Fire".

I figured it out. You have to make 1000 k.o BEFORE defeating Mitsunari Ishida and Yoshitsugu Otani. I had to play 10 times to figure this sh1t out -_-

I finish this on hard mode having 100% health, 1000 k.o w/ Honda before kill those 2 and the weapon doesn't show up! Any help?

Lucas Carvalho It looks like you need to make 1000 K.O. BEFORE the mission to defeat Ishida and Otani even shows up. It worked for me that way, at least.
