Mr Paik is a chef who they worked with on one of their shows. Taehyung's father has been very supportive of his son. When Taehyung was a trainee and he phoned his father to say he couldn't continue it was too hard and his father simply said, if you want to give up that's fine, we'll find something else you can do. Tae's mum has made food for the others to take with them when they've been on car trips. Taehyung has said a few times that he wants a schedule to finish soon so he can go and see his parents after work. They look after Yeontan most of the time for him too. They seem a close knit family.
