I like how the lyric at 1:37 could have 2 different meanings: "Even if I erase and burn you, it'll only thicken the mark It could mean him trying to "burn" away the memory of the past lover will only hurt himself even more because that's how connected they are to one another. It could also mean that him trying to push them away could make the shadow of that person looming over him darker and stronger. Also, I REALLY love this song omg. The instrumentals in the background, the lalala parts...it's such a dramatic and beautiful piece of art!
