This entire video is just a product of my love for the show, these two and this song. I am not kidding when I say I've wanted to vid songs like this one for forever and thanks to kdramas I have both the inspiration and the ships to do so. I loved Reply 1988 and I loved the way they handled the love triangle. However, I do have to say my heart belongs to these two completely.
And this could only be dedicated to Hannah, whose birthday is today!!! Happy birthday my love, I'm incredibly grateful to have you in my life after all these years, I remember looking up to you back then when we were vidding tmi, and thinking this girl is talented and cool, wish I could be her friend. And look at us now!! I love you so so much. Thank you for being there these past few years, and especially for bearing with me during the live reactions while watching this show. This is SUPER LOVELY???the start is so good with the pararells, how you matched the song with the lyrics specially I'm in awe of 0:24 - 0:26 and ofc how you edited the beats of the song (0:42-0:44? you amaze me), I really love this part a lot 0:54 - 1:02 how you showed how much they miss/need each other! 1:30 - 1:34 and their hands with *It's just the touch of your hand* is perfect, 1:53 and on how cute they seem and god the ending hit me with the two saranghae-iloveyou together 💖

i was going to see how far i could make it through this before i COMPLETELY broke down into those unbearable smile fests that this ship gives me and i made it all the way to 0:13 with him biting his lip and then doing it AGAIN before he gave her the mittens! A CLASSIC TAEK MOVE and one that i fondly remember us analyzing to pieces when you watched this show :') and then doing a montage of the deoksun's love language which is acts of service, her taking care of taek and choosing him every single time! i'm already crying! we've both vidded long enough to know when a video is good but what makes a video even better (something you've never failed at btw) is when you have an understanding of the characters and the ship on a very deep level, translating that understanding into videos is an artform and again i'm just OVER THE MOON that taek and deoksun have a video from you
