It may not matter to an agency if the staff is married or single, as long as they are professional and keep to the terms of the contract. Whether the contract is either for permanent or temporary position, the staff are meant to do their job, do it well, and get paid. So in order to keep the said job and to earn a living, they must adhere to the terms of the contract. There are different clauses and rules that must be followed especially if the job entails a very big responsibility. And believe me, handling talent/s can be a handful. If anything, the staff at BigHit are lucky, it is because the Bangtan Boys are decent and nice people to deal with (at least from what is allegedly reported by far). Maybe with a little headache on the side, due to their personalities and beagle-like energy. Also, any breach in the contract would be subjected to either suspension or termination (depending on how dire the breach is.). And if you want to have good standing in your career, you should be the best in your job. I’d like to believe the staff values their job more than trying to start a romance with a fellow staff or the talent (which is a big no-no). Please do note these are just my assumptions, I am not sure what are BigHit’s contract terms for staff, BUT based on my personal experience, there is no indication that an individual who wants to work in an agency like BigHit should be married, in fact, would it be easier if the staff are single so that they can fully focus on the job that required a lot of traveling, and a demanding timeline without a husband/wife waiting for them a home? Again, we cannot say, but who knows…..whatever that is, it worked for BigHit.

Ooh! That was interesting to hear about the fan meet question being asked. After last BTS Run episode with Tae telling Jimin, "I like you best/most," my kid is all in my face telling me that Taekook is only a friendship and nothing more and not even best friends. They have so many many romantic interactions and have found so many ways to be close to each other over the years that I just don't believe it! I get the soulmate thing with a friend.
