As a taekook fan and a Korean, I'd like to clarify the translation used in the Vlive episode. At 6:30, we can see the members' pictures and the mission JK has underneath each picture. Underneath V's picture, it says "말 무시하기" (mal moo-shi-ha-gi which means "ignore (V's) words/speech." [For further breakdown, mal means "words/speech," moo-shi means "ignore," and "ha-gi" is a form of "to do."] The translator of the episode chose to translate it as "Ignore V," which is inaccurate. So all JK had to do was, at some point, ignore what V is saying to succeed his mission and, as Taetae says, JK does that a lot so he didn't even notice it. I don't know if that moment of mission completion was caught on camera or even edited into the episode because I haven't analyzed it (and don't plan to). I hope you see this message because as a taekook fan, I want analyses to be as accurate and true as they can be because there are so many real taekook moments. When it isn't accurate, it's easier for anti-taekookers and non-believers to scoff at it. Have a great day! HI, I know you commented 3 years ago, and might not get this message. but I was wondering if (as a Korean person with awareness of cultural norms) you really feel that there is something special about TaeKooks relationship. From a western perspective it seems that they truly have a special unique bond that goes beyond friendship, but I would really hate to be analysing things incorrectly. I know they are shipped in Korea, but is this more just wishful thinking on fans part - or is it actually that people there also have noticed their actions as unusual between best friends.? I am Italian and our culture is very "touchy" - ie: kissing on cheeks and hugging between men shows affection and respect and does not mean you are gay, but even as an italian their "touchiness" is beyond normal comprehension... but more than their touches is the way they look at each other as tho they are drowning in love ( I don't know how to explain it). Sorry for the questions, I hope you don't think I'm rude, but I do not know anyone who was raised in Korea (all of my korean friends were raised in western countries) who can answer this for me. I knew mission was "ignore V's word" but that goes same as "ignore V". They didn't show when JK ignored V's word. Also V didn't say like "ah, that's why you ignored me!". He also didn't see it happen like us. (At least to his recognition) But he kinda said things in favor of JK. He said he wasn't aware of the mission because JK always does it. To be honest, he could have said like "I didn't think I was ignored" and argue JK didn't do his mission. But he just let JK win even though he didn't see.

They are both whipped for each other and that's a fact! it's just tae is confident enough to initiate the skinship and it's an assurance for Jungkook that the feeling is mutual. As we all know, Jungkook is a Virgo and virgos' don't usually just go around telling how they feel to the people around them. They couldn't even stand compliments because they are perfectionist and always find flaws to their actions, that explain why in most of the videos where you can spot a taekook moment you will often see jungkook's eyes follow every movements taehyung makes, his eyes almost sparkles with so much love and adoration. While in some moments you see him smile at taehyung portraying how proud he is of him. So, ladies and gentlemen, all I can say is, jungkook doesn't need to show his love for taehyung through skinship just to prove how he feels, all you need to do is look into his eyes because it holds more emotions than showing a simple action. I know that for us, taekook shippers their love for each other is like a daydream unless they confirmed it. But it's enough for us to be happy and we don't need you ruining the most beautiful daydream that we have for now. Y'all know that we love and support both of them so much that we can accept whoever they want to be with in the future. But for now, let us enjoy what we believed in because it doesn't affect you in any way. Stop using the excuse card that "the boys will be uncomfortable if you take their brotherly love to that extent," I'm so tired of reading that BS y'all. I love your voice-overs! I can't wait to see the next one because when you do voice-overs, it means that you have something big to share. Also, I've done the giant swing thing that Jin and Taekook did. It was so much fun! I was by myself the whole thing and... god, the drop f*cking terrified me. It's like, you know that you have support, but when falling, all the worst-case scenarios played through my head. Like, I'm so paranoid that I actually considered, what if the string breaks. If it breaks, I'm done for. But then, right as you're expecting to hit the ground, you pull up, and you just kinda go 'oh my god, I'm flying-ish'. I swam through the air and did the superman pose. I was with my ex-boyfriend and his family. I wish I had the video. They forgot to send it to me, and now I'm definitely not going to get it.
