Hey bro love your videos❤❤. If you could describe how would you plan (and suggest others to)fight against the opponent from first to the last round. And if how would you respond to an aggressive/defensive players. How to set a rhythm or a pattern and what to do if it was broken. And how would keep your game plan if you lost or won the first round. And any strategy you would suggest. And any small tips you learned in your taekwondo journey. Once again Love your videos. Bro does natural bodybuilding make me less athletic and is it bad for Taekwondo?

Depends on your goal, if you want to compete at international level yes, it can be a problem. But if you didn't neither win a national competition and your goal is only to stay fit, don't care about being less athletic. If i was in you, I would care about my muscle composition only if I am already competing at very high level fights, so continue to train in bodybuilding and taekwondo. As last, unless you take stehroids it will never be a problem for taekwondo, or better it will enhance your fight performance because with more muscles your kicks will be faster and stronger!
