there is too many guys in there with black belts. but even they are not do stance properly. why?

Yea this is the reason why I don't believe in belting system anymore.Belt system doesn't not measure our skills

I guess the belt system is a guide, but your right there are some lower grades who have more fighting spirit than a black belt, but every martial arts students journey is individual and would it be wrong in your opinion to grade them on their ability? And as it improves so does their grade or should it be purely on a set standard??
