Taeyang mentored Lisa during her pre-debut days. GD helped Jennie and Rose with media exposure in as early as 2012. That's four years prior to their debut. Anyone who thinks Taeyang is just "ridiing" Lisa's popularity is absolutely deluded. Bigbang are legends, their live stages are still unrivaled.

Even though I am a Lisa fan, I never think that Taeyang uses Lisa's name. As a matter of fact, I am appreciated Taeyang letting Lisa be a part of his song because it shows another side of Lisa. Those who said bad things about Taeyang that uses Lisa's name, for sure are antis, jealous of the chance Lisa has. Yes, Lisa is already a superstar, but we as her fans/non-fans, still don't see all her capability yet. Anyway, this is the best collab of the year. Love love this song so much. It kind of is iconic, mostly because Taeyang is from a legendary group (BigBang) and his connection with Lisa. He was present at her audition back in the day and very much called how successful she would be, she also danced in his song Ringa Linga from 2013. So just given who he is and his overall impact on the industry, it was going to be a banger regardless but LOVE that she's on it. Took it to another level to have the two best dancers at YG get together haha.

Bigbang make the music they want to make . They always put experimenting and good music about sales , awards , records. It sounds crazy to people especialy new fans who are all about numbers but Taeyang is a true artist and this new album is pure good music . Since his return he has been on a mission to unite kpop , went around to different companies, dance with different groups and went beyond fanwars .BigBang not only went on hiatus for 6 years but the world has tried to kill them .
