Cause she's pretty much the only one who can actually hit Jessica's high notes without making it sound strained. Seohyun can do it well if it isn't high notes. A lot of ppl don’t think Taeyeon is good with high notes and says she’s strain, but the truth is her vocal range is a soprano or mezzo soprano so a D5 may sound low when Taeyeon sing it because she has her professional technique , but when someone else sings a D5 it may sound higher cause their vocal range is lower than Taeyeon if that makes sense.
