You should know her history and her personality to understand this. She's been a victim for a severe hate speech from creepy netizens, without any of her fault. But more importantly, she's known to be very hard for herself. So I think these persons in the MV are her selfblames. The bus is her situation in life or mental state, something like that. She's extremely hardworking but she needed to rest for her health as you see when they are sleeping in the bus. And the house from the 'to X' that belonged to 'CIS' is now 'TY': s house. And she's at peace with the voices which once told her that she's not good enough. Something like that? It's very personal but it talks to everybody. It's beautiful, fun, intelligent, slightly sad, forgiving and hopeful and it rocks. ❤

Yep, Taeyeon is such a great artist, she make her song in every album as her journey. Every songs has the story that connect one to another, and the story keep going. Can't wait for the next song or album as the continuiation from this album.
