@@Grim-mler when taeyong joined sm the trainer almost give up on him because his dancing skill was so terrible, the trainer even said taeyong would never make it, that's why during his early trainee days he always stood at the back during dance practice, because of his lacking skill he always practiced from dawn until dust to improves his dancing skill and a year later he always stood at the front center and lead the dance practice, he was street casting has has 0 basic skill in everything but later debut as a main dancer and main rapper of the group, idols always says it was really hard for a choreography to be picked for a group dance but his coreography was selected and not only once, same as song sm really selective to pick a song for album but taeyong wrote and co-composed all songs for his solo debut album, he is indeed impressive
