Love it. But I have not found proof how true empathy is possible outside of imagination. Sympathy yes, but not empathy. Also I see a conflict in your talk between diversity and sameness. Our value is in difference and we shouldn't try to dampen it. Our biases shouldn't be eliminated, instead our box should be widened. But this can only be possible one this is socially and financially seen as a valued behavior in our society. I think humans have individual egoism and social egoism. Right now it's out of balance to the side of individual. That causes us to limit reality to our small box of self and get trapped in that loop, making us believe it's the full Truth.
