TAG is amazing. People who say "Tag for PC and PSA for sale" are idiots. It's that attitude that literally makes PSA the king. Even is PSA has more market share it should NOT value the cards more. That is just a mind set.

I agree. If more people submitted to TAG they would be much better in terms of resale. PSA doesn’t grade fairly.

That’s insane how they put each slab in individual foil packets. The slabs also look so clean and elegant. I don’t really care for the grade of a card. I just want a nice slab to incapsulate them in. I think I might send some cards to TAG.

You can get the cheaper variant if you don't care about grades and they'll verify the card and encapsulate it

First time seeing this grading company’s slab. slab actually looks awesome and clean. by not using any color that would be eye-catching, it actually showcases the cards better. Like, it shows the cards as the main characters and center of attention, not the label. And that’s great. With PSA/CGC/BGS, the center of attention are actually the labels. Whether it is gold, black.. Your eyes would focus first on the label before the cards inside.

Great video. This makes me excited to get my submission back. Tag has had it for two months almost but it’s 100 cards and a ton of value. More newer stuff than anything. I have three OG Charizards that should range from 6 to 8.

The Azumarill and Togetic are being graded lower, because of the discoloration on the card near the bottom. I think a human eye might grade it the same or higher depending on the person.

I see very obvious yellow smudges on the Azumarill and the Togetic. Am I crazy? Great review otherwise, thanks for the video. Edit: Just finished the video, didn't realize the yellowing was an alternate style of the card, it looked like an obvious defect with zero context

I’ve never heard of TAG. They any good? I have some oldies I want to send in and was thinking of doing Beckett instead of psa. Seems like people want psa nowadays

There’s like yellowish green spots on the Azumarill at the bottom of the card. If you weren’t for that everything else looks good.

I hate 8.5s just give me an 8 or a 9. That's why I like how PSA very rarely uses half grades

Are you trying to throw money away? That was a lot to throw down but i guess a good sampling size. The cards getting ding for "invisible" surface damage, would be 10's in PSA eyes. I kind of like that they package each individual, makes it fun to open but a lot of time and money goes into that.

Interesting video. I like the idea of a computer automated grading system, but i doubt its gonna take hold. Most people i know who regularly grade cards are card flippers. And they like PSA because you can keep sending in the same cards until you get a grade you like. I feel like with TAG whenever your card is in the database you will never get a different grade.

That’s the problem with psa. You can literally bump a card up to a grade it doesn’t deserve by resubmitting. This is fair and accurate instantly

You can’t take Tag serious…it’s only good for PC otherwise grade with PSA if you’re looking to profit.

not really! alot of big cards graded with tag have been selling for same pricing as PSA, Its good to see with tag the money your paying your actually getting a report understanding why you have that grade.

I was just going to try tag out then i watch this totally made me take a step back tag clean this up the fact youre deducting points for small as print defects that no one can see with naked eye or 10/10 magnifying is wrong so sad because i think they have the best looking slabs on the market totally shows the card not the brand and as a collector that is what im looking for but youre ooint deduction spread is off 😂😂😂😂
