Tag Heuer Aquaracer!

Thanks to a very nice guy I had the opportunity to try out the Tag Heuer Aquaracer!

I don't know why I love the Aquaracer so much, I did all the right things, bought the Omega Speedmaster and Tudor BB 58, but I fell in love with the Aquaracer and bougth it a year ago from an AD, and I wear it all the time.

Like you, I don’t let watch snobs tell me what watch to buy or when to wear it. I study the brand and the specific watch and know it’s upside and down side. If it fits my wants I buy. I have three Tags in my collection and wear them frequently. Bought on the gray market or preowned they are a good value. Thanks for a great video. God helse from Texas!

That is one of my favorite watches!!! I AM hopeful to save up someday to get one, the kids grow out of clothes and shoes so fast it seems weekly lol so the savings go fir them lol but maybe someday. It's the white dial with that orange second hand that just gives it that little pop of color that I love, plus it is a great watch!!! Thank you forbthis video on it!!!! Have a wonderful day!!!

Cool video! Way to incorporate the iPad, that was a cool touch. This watch is really cool. I might buy the Quartz version. It's a great blend of classy, flashy, and sporty! I think this would work in a lot of settings. I look forward to watching the rest of your videos.

What made you choose this color combination? To your point at 18:10, I'm looking to get into a used OR discounted model with full box & papers, but trying to decide which combination is going to hold up best. Leaning towards a ceramic bezel but also thinking that's going to be one of the more common/popular models (not that that's necessarily a bad thing!). I really like this older design compared to the new ones. The old ones just pop much more and are more original in style IMO.

Its a beautiful watch, and it does look fantastic on your wrist. Wear it in good health. I would take this over a Rolex Explorer for a few reasons.

I like that watch I just don’t care for the bezel I was looking at a very similar but it had more of a ceramic bezel I preferred it to that one

TH making alot of nice watches now. Did Steve McQueen wear a Rolex or a Tudor at Le Mans ? No , he wore a Heuer. The Brand still carrys alot of weight and gets respect.

Cool watch, recently got one as well. The diameter on that watch is 41mm, the reference for your watch is WBD2111(discontinued, and won't appear on the tag website unless you go via external Google link) check the caseback. The reference you used when giving the dimensions is for the 43mm (way2013)

Their brand ambassadors as you call them along with odd choices with many of their choices keeps a lot of watch buyers away. Most cant stand the people they choose to represent the brand. May get one in a trade , the 300 caliber 6 which I'm guessing is basically the 7750 , its hard to equate the trade value since so many people hate this brand rightly or for bad reasonings.

Just tired of the ignorant, snobby judgements made in this hobby. I had the white dial quartz version of that Tag for a while. I love the orange and white combo. It’s a stunning piece.
