Hey everyone!! hope you're all doing great this evening!!
This song was started waayyyy back in July 2022, but I never had the motivation to finish it until very recently!! I hope you can excuse the dip in production quality recently...I promise you it'll be worth the wait! You can hear how rusty I was at that point, I think I made this around the same time as my Prey remix.
I've got some AWESOME stuff on the way! it just needs a little longer to cook, y'know? ANYWAYS
Tag Team is an unofficial GF week/week 7 song for Friday Night Funkin' Corruption! I'm very close with the guys who work on it and I just wanna say they're some of the coolest friends I've ever met, shout out to Phantom & Pincer!!
Oh, and, this won't exactly be my last corruption song either ;)

Friday Night Funkin' is an open-source rhythm game first released in 2020 for a game jam. The game was developed by a team of four Newgrounds users, Cameron "Ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r.
FNF Corruption is among many popular releases & future releases this decade, alongside other renowned mods such as Impostor V4, Hypno's Lullaby, Week 8, FNF ALT, B-Sides Redux, Vs Ourple Guy, Vs. Sonic.exe v3 D-Sides & Hotline 024!

Headcanon: This takes place between Estranged and Yandere Attack. Having evolved, the Corrupt GF is now actively attempting to kill BF as he tries to overpower the Corruption, stabbing at him with her spider legs every chance she gets. Soul has manifested from BF's shadow and is supporting him as the Corruption is pulling out all the stops to get BF to give up. By the end of the song, Corrupt GF has been worn down and Soul trusts BF to finish the job, returning to his shadow. This leads into Yandere Attack.
