Despite being a bit ashamed for admitting this, i'm quite a celebrity fragrance junkie. My recent favourite is Avril Lavigne's Forbidden Rose which just smells...angelic. It's floral-fruity but not strong or heavy. It's just so soft, feminine and makes me feel warm and happy. Britney also has some really nice and (borrow your word) 'pretty' fragrances. I really like her Radiance which is just a glamorous scent, making me feel pretty and wealthy and like a princess lol

I like the Daisy perfume by Marc Jacobs as well. It is not too strong but still has a good scent to it.

annisa2812 daisy eau so fresh is SOOOOO much better, in my opinion. I have over 40 bottles of perfume, including the original daisy, but daisy eau so fresh is my absolute favorite. It kind of reminds me of Mr Bubble.

Ever since I've been introduced to Jo Malone, I've never even considered other brands. You can create your own scent by mixing different kinds, and it's truly amazing!

I LOVE the original Juicy Couture. Many people say it's an "old lady scent" but I disagree. It's all about the way the perfume reacts with the oils in your skin. Juicy Couture Comes out to be softly sweet and mellow for me. Just perfect.

Really? I find it smells kinda cheap both in the bottle and on my skin (and I've never had any problems with perfumes smelling weird on me, so it's just the perfume itself). It starts out promising, but it has a really stale lingering scent. In my opinion, it's D&G's worst perfume - I ended up returning my bottle. The One and Light Blue are much better in my opinion.

Omg. I really love Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift. The packaging is just so... it's indescribable. It's really nice-smelling and it makes you feel pretty and confident. I love your video!(=

@letjkrule Yup absolutely. Any perfume can smell totally different from person to person, and it also goes through a bit of a "life cycle" where it changes scents during the dry-down and wear period as well. I always get samples of perfume and try it out for a few days to get and idea of how it wears. I also go perfume shopping with friends to get their opinion, plus it's fun to see how different perfumes smell on different people!

for a women's perfume I really like YSL - Black Opium... I tend to be more attracted to sweeter ones, and that's really sweet and sexy for a girl ( from a guys perspective )

You're actually the first to say you like sweet perfume on a woman. Most guys I know say they can't stand how sweet some women perfumes smells. Personally I do like sweet scents but black opium was to sickly sweet for me.

+FragranceView I guess a lot about preferences depends on the age of the consumer. Viva La Juicy reminds me of a flirtatious, promiscuous college girl. Very fruity and sweet with hints of floral. I'm 38, and I'd never buy that. I go for musky, floral, clean scents with the slightest citrus nuances to balance. I don't want to smell like a strawberry cupcake topped with bubble gum.

^^ For a girl in her teens / early 20's I think Viva La Juicy or Black Opium is great... but I agree if you're in your 30's and up, then you need something a bit more sophisticated.. ( I am in my 20's though ) Maybe you would like Narciso Rodriguez.. he has some nice musk collections

+FragranceView Funny you mentioned that I do own Narciso Rodriguez For Her. LOL As well as Cashmere Mist by Donna Karen, Miracle by Lancome (and that's the fruitiest I'll go), Mademoiselle by Chanel, Noa by Cacharel...and several more so I guess my age range is evident in my little collection. I would say the worst perfume I ever smelled in my life is Youth Dew by Estee Lauder and Opium by YSL. Also, I thought I would love Black Orchid by Tom Ford...huge turn-off. Too much going on and too heavy and bold. It's what I call 'funeral perfume'. Very bold and gothic. Something I'd wear to a funeral.

My current favourite is Chloe Roses De Chloé, it is so refreshing and calming. I'm an accountant, I feel like when I get stressed with numbers, I would spray that perfume on and it calms me down, as odd as it sounds. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long, so I only spray it when I feel a bit tensed. My all-time favourite has to be D&G the one, it smells so sultry and classy on me. I can wear it at any time, I love it so much that I bought my partner one too, in a male version of course.

Lolita Lempicka was one of my signatures. it smells spicy and sweet, and has a gothic fairytale kind of vibe and currently my favorite above all is La Petite Robe Noir by Guerlain, it smells like spicy licorice, cherries and almonds and has a tobacco/ cherry coke like dry down on me

1. Peace, Love and Juicy Couture- My favorite and my signature scent. It bugs the crap out of me that people give it so much hate. A little woodsy, a little floral and a little fruity. This is coming from someone who hates the other Juicy Couture scents. 2. Dolce and Gabbana, Light Blue- A classic. So clean and beautiful, I can't tell you how pretty. I feel sophisticated when I wear it. 3. Pucci's Acqua 330- Sort of similar to Light Blue. A gorgeous, cool aquatic.

I love long-lasting, floral scents with a musky, slightly powdery depth. I've been wearing Chloe by Chloe a lot recently and I also love the classic Chance by Chanel. On a different note, a Holt Renfrew clerk recently told me that brighter, lighter scents are actually recommended for winter while the heavier, muskier scents are recommended for summer. She said that the lighter scents have much shorter lasting power in humid heat and in the summer, your sweat will dilute the musky scents down.

From the moment I smelled the L'imperatrice in a sample from a magazine, I was obsessed. I immediately bought it, and it was basically the first perfume I had to have. I was never a perfume person until then. Absolutely my favorite!

My favorite parfume is Aura bij Swarovski. I think it's a very fresh parfume and it smells like litchi and rose. The bottle is very beautiful. On top of the bottle you will find a swarovski stone. You can wear the fragrance on any occasion. However you can wear the fragrance best in winter. You can wear the fragrance to a special occasion as Christmas or New Year's Day.

My absolute favorite is Diesel Fuel For Life: Denim Collection. It makes me feel like a million dollar. It doesn't smell aaaaawesome, just really good, when you smell it from the bottle. But when you wear it, it is amazing, but still subtle. Love it!

My favorite and probably not a lot of people know it, is Pink Ice By Rue 21. it smells really good & has that fruity, floral scent and i love the packaging.. it's simple and cute... it also comes in a travel size and it's really inexpensive

Chloe EDP is my signature scent. It works well with my chemistry and smells incredible: a fresh, rosy floral, with a hint of powder that's elegant, not cloying. I also love Issey Miyake L'Eau de Issey and the new L'Eau de Issey Florale, which are both clean scents with a hint of musk and a lot of depth. Florale is the newest in my collection - it's warmer and more sensual and I get so many compliments on it!

@RayOfSun74 I've never had an allergy to UDPP but I've had a similar reaction to an eyelash glue before. Allergies can unfortunately pop up completely at random sometimes, even to things you've been using everyday! I recommend trying Too Faced Shadow Insurance and see if it'll work instead since it's a really nice primer too. :)

Dior -- 'Pure Poison'. I've been wearing it every day since I was 15, and I'm 21 now. It's such a beautiful, rich scent. I'm terrible at describing perfumes but it's very...sexy I guess? Musky but not too much, classic I think, and very elegant. It's not floral or fruity, I've never smelled anything like it. And it fits me perfectly. Like you said, it doesn't smell as good on others as it does on me, it compliments my own natural scent perfectly, like it was made for me.

My nose is also pretty sensitive (and thus I don't like strong scents & am picky on fragrances). i HATE the baby powder smell! My gosh, I didn't expect the cap of Gwen Stefani's perfume to be so huge lol! I agree that L'Imperatrice simply smells amazing. I always put some on my wrist when I go to Sephora! It's really a nice blend of fresh, sweet and fruity. Absolutely amazing! Another great perfume is Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb. You should try that one Jen!

The scents that have come out in the last 10 years or so, are very sweet and candy like. I wear Byblos (the original, in the blue bottle). It has a unique scent that people just don't create anymore. It's a big white floral scent (gardenia, jasmine, ect) with some spice to it. Absolutely gorgeous.

I don't really have an all-time favourite perfume/ scent, as I usually switch between 3 different ones; Harajuku Lovers G, Katy Perry's "Purr" and a body spray from Pur Minerals. The Harajuku one smells really sweet and tropical, Purr is flowery but a little heavier than one would expect while the Pur Minerals one (Unsure of the name) is really fresh and airy. I think that even though a lot of people enjoy having a signature scent, switching it up can be a nice change.

Chanel chance eau fraiche! I think its my signature scent. I love it so much. I usually go for the really light, fresh and citrusy scents. It lasts all day, no baby powder smell, and its amazing!

My favorite perfume is the original Marc Jacobs, the signature name fragrance. The most noted note is the gardenias and everyone tells me it kind of smells like coconut. I love love love it because it has a soft and sophisticated scent that is not overbearing in any way. I have been wearing it for over 7 years and just love it.

I have alot of fragrances I love but I would have to say that Brittney Spears Curious has to be one of my all time favorites! It just smells so nice on me and it is not overwhelming like some perfumes can be. Another plus is that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg (like most department store fragrances tend to be.) P.S. I love alot of the perfumes you mentioned and a few I think you would like would be fairy dust by paris hilton and maybe vera wangs original princess scent.

A few scents I adore are; Crystal Noir by Versace, Armani Code, 212 by Carolina Herrera, Flora by Gucci, Very Sexy by Victoria's Secret, The One by Dolce & Gabbana, Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana, amd finally, Chance by Chanel. These are a few of my favorites. I have a very extended collection. There are some nice Creed ones I live but these are just the ones I've been reaching for rescently.

You should definitely try hanna mori (the pink one, dunno exactly what the scent is) but it has the cutest, sweetest, yet most sophisticated scent i've ever tried.. It's a fruity/floral/sweet scent made with a bunch of different herbs, it's amazing ! Although it might seem a little heavy, it depends.. try it out for sure!

My signature scent is Davidoff 'Cool Water'. I've been wearing it for YEARS, 'cos it's so fresh, clean and slightly masculine (but still feminine, if that makes sense). But my I-feel-pretty-scent is Lanvin 'Marry Me'. IT IS SO GORGEOUS. It's super light, flirty & floral (smells like jasmine on me). =D

@luzzflywidme It probably went bad! Perfumes should be kept in a cool, dark place and they can sometimes get funky at random after time. I smelled a D&G 3 L'Imperatrice that went bad at Sephora a couple times because the fluorescent lights + heat made it yucky. ;p

I also have L'impératrice by D&G and you're right, it is a perfume for women. L'impératrice means Queen so it must be. I also love Sexy by Playboy and Pure by DKNY, because they're so fresh, feminine and not too sweet. Sexy by Playboy is only around 15 dollars but it doesn't smell cheap at all! You should try it sometimes!

I used to wear the DKNY Be Delicious (original green apple one) and the Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume. I also don't like perfume that's strong because it gives me a headache. I still like the Marc Jacobs Daisy one, but I don't wear it everyday because I've found my signature scent - Lanvin Eclat D'Arpege. It's so light and sophistocated. To me, the scent is really one of a kind so I enjoy smelling unique. I swear I fell in love w/ it the 1st time I smelled it. :)

I felt the same way about L'imperatrice! People would say I smelled expensive. Right now I'm really stuck on Flowerbomb by Victor & Rolfe. It doesn't make me FEEL PRETTY, rather, it smells like a hug. Like a happy, bubbly, friendly version of me. Which might sound weird, but it's really nice.

Burberry Brit Rhythm for her is absolutely heavenly! Like, whenever I wear it, I get so hooked on it that I start sniffing my wrists, and I can't get enough! It's weird because it's like I get intoxicated by myself. Although it is kind of baby powdery with a bit of floral, it is such a clean, sensual smell, and I love it so much! I will find out more though about D&G because I want another fragrance to add to my collection.

My favorite scent is Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy! I don't like any of the other Juicy scents, but this one is an all-time favorite! It has that fresh fruity/floral scent that smells SO good and clean and I always get compliments. Like you, I'm not a fan of the more classic scents because they tend to be too strong for me so I like going for fresh fruity/floral scents. Also, for the record, I'm 30... and I promise the scent isn't only appropriate teeny boppers! :)

I really love Sweet Pea by bath and body works. It has a sweet, floral smell and I feel fresh when I wear it. second is the Japanese Cherry blossom perfume (also from bath and body works). It has a fresh, floral smell. my last favorite is the Heavenly Bloom perfume and it has a light, floral smell. I also have one favorite cologne that I wear which is Kiwi frost by bench. When I wear it, it kind of reminds me of summer. So, floral smell sums it up. :)

D&G 3 is my fave too! That's the first perfume I've got in the UK, I was living in a seaside town and sprayed the D&G 3 everyday. That's probably the happiest year in my life so every time I spray the perfume I feel like I was in that beautiful little seaside town:)

Absolute favorite right now is BCBGMAXAZRIA. On my skin, it starts off very fruity (almost cherry-ish) and then moves into sweet and musky. LOVE IT! The packaging looks VERY similar to the Marc Jacobs Lola and Oh, Lola. It's very feminine.
