Alright here is a brief explanation about the video:
So this takes place after William and Clara's death also Elizabeth and CC's death, so basically Fredrick (Freddy mask bully) has become even more of a tormentor and fights with Michael, he then thinks and says that Michael's parents are "dead" which he is wrong because they are immortal and possessed, they try to break out if their room and stage to save Michael because they sensed him in a fight with Fredrick and want to save him but they can't :(
