And dami ko pong natutunan sa talk na ito on how to become a good steward of God's money. Kaya po nilalaban ko po ang tithes at tax. It's really hard to release a big part of my hard earned money sa government, pero lagi ko pong naiisip yung sinabi ni Jesus na "give to Ceasar what is for Ceasar, and give God what is for God", which are the tithe and tax. My story about tithing is similar to Pastor’s-I couldn’t bring myself to give to the Lord. But my wife taught me how to give, and that’s where everything began to change. I have a business, and one day, I made a deal with God. I told Him, “Lord, if this deal goes through, I’ll give You 10 percent.” But as I prayed, I felt a deep conviction stirring in me. The deal finally came through, and by the time Sunday rolled around, the conviction was even stronger. Instead of giving just 10 percent, we felt led to keep only that amount for ourselves, offering the remaining 90 percent to the Lord. And the rest is history. From that moment, God has been teaching us about generosity, and to this day, we’ve seen His faithfulness.
