also i’m not sure if you caught it, the “it’s a no from me” is a nod directly to simon cowell being a judge on the x factor. she’s been calling him out the entirety of her solo career, even referencing SYCO (his record company) in other songs calling him ‘psycho’ (a play on words) for the mistreatment of LM their entire career with him
