Message she was trying to communicate is that we all have goals and dreams in life, things we think we need and that will make us happy, but all the important stuff we actually have from the very beginning (hence "on the GROUND" refers to being grounded) - it's family, friends, hobbies, passion for something (she talks more about it on her personal youtube channel video called "ROSÉ | Interview Film"). * She is listed as a co-writer for On the Ground and Gone, which makes these songs personal and vulnerable. Besides these two solo tracks, her most recent third solo is the "Hard to Love" track. * It's English because she was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia.
