just one comment guys. Be very careful if you get to any time share venture. Before you know it, your expenses, especially if you have a loan, will go up and up, so in many cases, this is not a good deal, as thousands found out. Paula is right, if you have few friends and you simply rent a place, this could be a much better deal than one of the hotels. But again, watch from getting involved in a time share. Thank you for Dale and Paula for a beautiful presentation. You are such a great fun to watch.

We bought a "package" deal to go there for 4 days / 3 nights for a good price, and we'll have to do the presentation. I've done a pitch before. I know what I'm getting into (and I know what I can't afford.) So we'll be declining the offer. But I will be open minded and want to see what their offers are. One thing I know for sure, if you are interested, still say no. They'll always come down a bunch.

@@ShawnPack Hi Shawn. Thank you for the reply. Just to note that the next year we came to the place for few days, they try to sell us more. The desperation was unbelievable, but this time, we did not fall for it. I know many people wanted out and luckily, they took it back, but we lost whatever down payment we put in. This could cost fortune and you can buy a place in Las Vegas and take a mortgage and it will be yours at the end. Also remember that you can come for few days and pay for them and in fact, that is all you really need. Good luck and good you are smarter than we were. It is still a nice peace of property. Dale and Paula were right about that.

When we got our parking pass from the concierge, she asked if we would be interested in learning more, attending a presentation. We said no thanks, and that was the end of it. No pressure at all, and never mentioned again.

Hey Kathleen - I actually picked up that t-shirt at the Harrah's gift shop last summer, when we did our staycation. It's the silver and black, in honor of the Las Vegas Raiders football team. My husband and I did a time share exchange at Tahiti Village in January, 2020, right before all the pandemic restrictions hit. It was our "headquarters" while we went to the Ron Fellows Driving School a little outside Las Vegas for about 3 days. We stayed at their hotel on the property while attending their driving school (gaining skills driving in Corvettes on a race track plus classroom). Your presentation about Tahiti Village is excellent and gives such a vivid picture and description of the amenities and the beauty of the place. It was fun seeing it all again!

Dale...Ijust bought myself a new felt Stetson. About your brim...Always rest your hat on the crown...upside-down -or hang it on a hook or coat stand...NEVER on the brim. Unless you want to get reshaped every 6 months to a year. Nice hat...what did you buy your lovely wife? I stayed many trips free at Harrah's from attending 90 min time share presentations here back in 2004-2005. I never understood why people wouldn't give up 90 minutes of their time to get 3 free nights in Vegas. Love your videos

My wife and I have stayed at TV before and it was really nice in fact the view from our room looked exactly like the view you showed looking north. It is a great place to relax all day then take in a show at night during normal times. I don't think you mentioned it is just about next door to the outlet mall which my wife enjoyed. I am not a big fan of timeshares but will say my in laws had one for many years which they enjoyed very much. TV is one of the nicest resorts we have seen outside of Florida which is pretty much the center of the Timeshare industry. We highly recommend it!!!

You are right, the Las Vegas Premium Outlets South are right there close by, and of course Town Square almost across the street. Lots of shopping and dining.

I’ve actually been keenly wondering about this place as I’ve received a lot of advertising from it...Tropical is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE so I’ve been very curious about this place. As such I felt this video was made by you Gus just for me!! But all your videos have that magical personal vibe that they give off that warm and personal effect! I looked at their prices in summer and as it would be 1 person I thought it was too much for just me but the off season prices are truly great! That pool and river have got to be the best in Vegas! We honestly wouldn't look into a timeshare, particularly in Las Vegas, because we live here, and don't know much of anything about them. We wanted to experience it as a hotel/resort, as you would, and we were really impressed. :)

I've been by this place a few times and always wondered what it was all about. Now I know. That was a very informative and entertaining segment on one of those "hidden on the Strip". I doubt I would ever stay there since the major resorts are my kind of thing but that nonetheless doesn't take away from the hospitable value of the place. Thanks so much for a well-produced video.
