সূরা মুহাম্মদ, মহাগ্রন্থ আল কুরআনের ৪৭ তম সূরা । আয়াত সংখ্যা ৩৮ এবং এর রূকু সংখ্যা ৪। সূরা মুহাম্মদ মদীনায় অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে । এই সূরাটির ২ নাম্বার আয়াতের وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ বাক্যাংশ থেকে مُحَمَّدٍ অংশটি অনুসারে নাম গৃহীত হয়েছে অর্থাৎ যে সূরার মধ্যে محمد (‘মুহাম্মদ’) শব্দটি আছে, এটি সেই সূরা। এই সুরায় বিশ্বনবী ও তাঁর উম্মতের উপর বিভিন্ন পরীক্ষা ও কষ্টের বর্ণনা রয়েছে।
