He has a score of 9 in IELTS. He scored it many years ago. He is a graduate of IBA, which is considered the gold standard business school in Bangladesh. He also has a master's degree from the US. It is pretty obvious that his English proficiency level is supposed to be high.

There are many ways. For starters, you can consult a good dictionary and listen to native speakers of English (or people with near-native proficiency in English).

Watch movies with subtitles and listen music with lyrics and how they pronounce . then try to sing like them. Yeah That's all.

To be honest everyone is trying to speak with an American accent. It’s a little weird. why don’t you try to speak with a British accent or British English. I think it’s more appropriate and accurate. I am not saying American accent is wrong. But I found British English and accent more understandable.

For me i would say... British accents are more slang....which is not cleard and understandable.... But American accents are more straight forward with easy pronounceable. I was living in UK past 5 years and now i can say that with no doubt American English is more enjoyable and more easy to talk. Anyway both are English and you can talk anywhere in the world.

British English is hard to understand, because they pronounce most of the words in half. Also, British pronunciation vary by their regions, as well with the accent. Moreover, US is in world leadership now, and Britain is in sinking! All technology, science and engineering are being cultured and developed by US. This is why US is dominant in above.

Fake it till you make it. Tar communication is skill etoi valo and tar English e confidence level etoi high je tar shurur sentence ei duita grammatical mistakes ache. She bollo "I started doing music 18 years back." Ekhane duita mistake ase jeta grammatically incorrect and unnatural in standard American English. First e, I started making music or I started performing music hobe. Music ke "do" kora jai na! Second, 18 years ago hobe, 18 years back hosse incorrect both grammatically and naturally...eta Bangladeshi der and Indian der khubi common ekta mistake jeta standard American English ba standard British English justified na.....Tara eta bolte pare je back in 2004 or back in the era emon phrasing use kore but 2 years back, 18 years back emon mistake native ra kore na!
