I learned Yang 24 form some 50 years ago when I was young.. trying to return to it for health..I missed the title of each movement to help me recall.. also this master takes a wider horse stance than i was taugh as shoulder width. He is very fluid and shows the moves well! I want to start again with 8 form and get back to doing the 24 form daily again. Thanks for a great channel !

A wonderful combination of exercises taught on other video's. The Master's hand movements are so graceful and perfectly timed with leg/foot movements. Master Wong is an amazing instructor!

I just found Master Wong and I am totally blown away as to how he explains perfectly the movements and the benefits derived from doing Tai Chi. I can't tell you how much I am glad that I found his videos. I intend to do the movements daily until I become almost as good as he is. He is absolutely incredible. I enjoy tremendously how he speaks about the body and the concept of staying in balance. I am thrilled! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to follow by studying each movement separately and taking a break when it got too confusing. Would be 100x more effective if he showed from both front AND back angles. I'm confident i almost have it memorized but Master Wong's form is perfect it's going to take TONS of practice to do it right.

Together, let's create a happier, healthier world!! Master Wong. Remember, 'Be water, my friend!' 🙏🧘‍♂️🌳🌊 If you're looking for a summer self-improvement opportunity, consider our 28-Day Tai Chi Immersion Program.
