Gefällt mir sehr gut! Gibt es noch mehr Infos (wie z.B. eine schriftliche Ausarbeitung)? So oder so: Toll entwickelt auf der Grundlage der Peking-Form! Und wem das zu einfach ist (wie einem Kommentator hier), der kann ja einfach was anderes machen ... Vielen Dank jedenfalls fürs Entwickeln, Vorführen und Teilen!

Thanks for you comment, this movement is a Tai Chi form, not chigung (or "Qigong"), but there are many parallels. The main difference (as I see it) is, that Qigong is for health, the same as Tai Chi, but Tai Chi is also a martial art.

This is the simplest 24 form Taiji Gun I have seen, closest to the 24 form Taiji Quan.

@@eispranke No. It is too simple to be interesting, kind of lacking necessary creativity. There is a lot of stuff in Gun both in Chinese Kungfu and western martial arts. I really would love to see some Gun elements be incorporated into Taiji Gun, such as spinnings, thrustings, parrying and various strikings. A student of Li Tian' Ji who compiled the 24 Form Taiji Quan claims to created a 24 form Taiji Gun, kzbin.info/www/bejne/paTIhZWYbLqobaM, which is a bit richer in content. This version is played in some places around the world, such as this school in Brazil, kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJnThZeParB-pKM. However I still feel it does not reflect enough of the amazing Gun.

Diese Form kann man nur bei uns im Verein in Wesel lernen :D (Shaolin Kempo Wesel-Büderich e.V.) Ich fürchte, über Videos wäre das ziemlich schwierig... Ansonsten vielleicht mal Tai Chi - Vereine in der Umgebung anfragen, ob dort jemand Stockformen unterrichtet :)

Same names as in the "normal" 24-posture (or Beijng) form, since the steps are the same.

My sports club invented it (partially). We took the beijing 24 - form as basis for the steps and used other Taiji stick - videos as reference. We tried to 'translate' the beijing hand form into a taiji gun form. Happy that you like it :)
