Like he was so far ahead of everyone else at that time it was insane. Unfortunately he doesn't play competitively anymore so I'm sure people have caught up if not passed taichi, but he did he would likely still be the best if he had continued improving from his already godlike skill. Its like if Michael Jordan retired early.

As it looks like this was Taichi's prime as he showed utter dominance at the time of the first Beat Saber League. He had been number 1 on scoresaber for a long time + won alot of early tournaments. At the present time Cerret has surpassed Taichi. It must be said that Taichi just doesn't play a whole lot, but he plays. Lets see what the future hold and how the meta develops.
