Another Korean here 👀 It was really fun to practice pronunciation with both of you! For those who are wondering, I think Suha's strong 't' sound comes from Konglish(Korean+English). For example, when we write "water" using Korean Alphabets(Hangul) as it's pronounced, it's "워터." And ㅌ in 터 sounds like 't'. So if we read it as it's written it sounds really close to the british accent. Hope I didn't mess up any grammar here 'cause it would be really embarrassing since I majored in English Literature.. oops🙃

Taichou is a good teacher! It's true that you are strict but you're not scary at all. You're very kind and considerate taichou. I find that endearing. Suha is also a good student and he learns very fast. I'm amazed As always, thank you for the stream! As a non-native english speaker, these type of streams are very helpful! ship sheep, sit seat, soot suit i'm still having problems pronouncing these words 😅 even the word beach, i'm scared to say it because i'll just pronounce it as b*tch lmao but i think i'm getting the hang of it. Interesting stream!! In the future, I think when you correct someone's pronunciation, it would be better if you try to copy how they do it first/point out the mistake, and then show them what the correct way is, instead of just saying it in the correct way. That way the learner can better understand their mistake and differentiate the correct and wrong way. Here for example, instead of repeatedly saying garage in the correct way, you can tell suha to pronounce garage more like gərage instead of gahrage. I'm following along practicing my pronunciation and I think it would help a ton if you've pointed that out! Sorry for the essay hehe
