Hey Joey, you are a great teacher, I love your explanations of body mechanics and I even learned a few things when you taught the leg lifting. I rarely watch entire classes, but I watched yours. I have taken up the ruler as a suggestion from my teacher to help solve some asymmetries I developed, especially in my neck and shoulders after a motorcycle accident a few years ago that really messed me up for a while. I have been practicing for a long time and teaching these past few years. I live in Bali and he went back to Australia where he lives and though he generally comes here a lot, is now stuck and so I've been on my own with the ruler exercises and watching a few videos. I would like to suggest that in the first twisting exercise which I've been doing from gripping the inside, it's easier to get people to keep the shoulder down from the top hand if you tell them to relax the elbow.
