I have a book on taiki ken, and I do train from it, it was written by the founder of tai ki ken, is that the only book on that style????

Taikiken is actually the Japanese form of Yiquan Kung Fu & there are more Yiquan books in English than Taikiken books. Probably the best one is The Complete Book of Yiquan by CS Tang.

Does it have health benefits too like Taichi?Used in a caged fight?I saw new Taichi videos beating wrestling, taichi sword beating euro sword and taichi mixed to muay to defeat muay as a clinch counter.

Yes it does have health benefits. Taikiken can be practiced whatever your age, and elders are sometimes fearsome fighters! It is not used in caged fight, but more designed for self defense (short but intense assaults, use of all possible body weapons,...)

He had a terrible motorbike accident back in 2016 and lost the use of his legs. Still, he keeps dedicating his energy to Taikiken
