Doc. I had a terrible ski accident in 2021 and I have been living in pain everyday since then. I had ACL surgery but both of my knees hurt everyday. I wish my mom would get an adjustment she has so many neck problems and she is just in fear that it’s gonna break her bones I’ve tried to tell her multiple times that that’s not true but she fears

See about finding a good chiropractor that you would go to. Then, see if she would at least meet the chiropractor. Even if she is just coming in with you to see how you are before and after. She will see how they work with you and it might help her to give it a shot. Remember, no pressuring her to give it a try. Getting her in the office is the first hurdle. Once she is there, she will be battling with her fears. When she sees that you nor the chiropractor are going to try to force her into anything, she will learn to trust. Then, see if she will at least go in for an evaluation and it may take an office visit, but if the chiropractor takes time to talk with her and explain things to her, it might help her to actually get the actual adjustment. Good luck! I hope you are able to get your mom to get some help.
