While experimenting with a mixture of chemicals he accidentally causes an explosion was injured in the blast. Otto’s brain was permanently damaged and his tentacles are permanently fused with his body now control the tentacles with his mind Otto rises as the evil super genius cyborg Doctor octopus

i investigate that dialog and i found an online version of this issue and in that issue the superman blooper was quickly changed to spider-man, basicly, an mistake or error
