Well the thing is- it's not even really supposed to be Hellbreaker's part. While yes he appears in the other fanmade version of Taimuresu's Chart, along with in the official (cancelled) SC 1.5 Build. This is meant to be an *Expunged* Fantrack mainly, the end to the Opposition Saga as a whole. So honestly putting in either Expunged and/or Hellbreaker for the last parts are both fair choices, though Expunged fits more since Hellbreaker's voice is also a lot less agressive in comparison to Expunged's-. And yeah
