There's this roller skating place that is about 5 minutes down the road from where I live that always used to play this song. If you went there, you basically expected Dynamite to play every time, and when it did, everyone cheered for it. The skating place still exists there, and when this pandemic completely passes I'll probably revisit the place, just to see what's changed. I doubt they'll be playing this though, and that thought is sad... *Edit:* I went back, they didn't play this song once. It's sad

Aaaa this was one of "those" songs- ones that defined my childhood. One where I was so happy, content, able to do stuff I enjoyed. Nostalgia. Longing for the better days. This was my time, the best thing ever, me, my neighbor, and our tunes. My neighbor and I made a dance routine to this song, and I still remember parts of it. I remember feeling the power, the magic, the energy this song gave me. I want that time back, before life happened, before I lost everything I had, and I'm not even 18 yet. And no, this isn't just a mental health issue, I found my way through that journey. This is called turns out a degenerative genetic disorder runs in your family, and you're essentially screwed once the symptoms onset. I miss the days where I could go dance, smile, laugh, be myself. This is a song that brings back a lot of memories, joy, nostalgia. It's a bittersweet pain now, knowing I'll never be able to re-live those carefree days, but I am grateful I got the chance to make the memories while I still could.
