We went here just before the Pandemic got crazy back in late 2019. I love the huge variety of street food offerings they have here. Now it seems kinda lonely with less people walking through it. I miss the big crowds.

I lived in Taiwan back in 1971-72. Then, it seems you never saw displays of affection between genders, it was mostly girls holding hands with girls, and best buds with their arm around the shoulder of a friend, not between men and women. Also, all the taxi's it seemed, were made by Yue Loong, and the motorcycles were usually Yamaguchi.
