In order to less improper and inadvertent negative causative effect/impact leading to consumptional food hygeine, they (sellers/shop-keepers) should have rather choose to consider those better way like appropriate change of disposable gloves as needed and appropriate covering semi-enclosing shelf to place these food plates/pots for how to reduce these improper impact is the most fundamental basis!! Ever remember that without proper hygeinic food- preparation, how become for lack of any post-intake adverse effect to consumer's health??? 😪🙄

That's authentic delicious Burmese dishes. Greasy but the taste is so good you don't care about the grease. If it's not greasy it wouldn't be Burmese dish. It has all the incredible hot, spicey & pungent taste that'll satify your palate. I wish I could try them.

@@standown2080 By western standard Burmese food would be considered heart attack food due to the amount of oil they used in cooking. But not to Burmese people because Burmese people do not sit around or sit in a car to get to places. They walk under the hot sun for miles each day sweating & burning the fat out. That's why you don't see many overweight people in Burma. The grease that they put in after eating is burnt out. This routine is repeated daily. They don't need to go to a gym to get a workout. On the other hand people in the western country do not walk that much. They drive around in a car for everything from the minute they leave the house in the morning until they get home. They eat out driving the car or order food for someone to deliver it at home or work. After eating they sit & watch TV. That's why the number one cause of death in the U.S is heart attack because of inactivity after consuming all the greasy foods.
