Stencilling can not be classed as "art". He's a street vendor selling the same old stuff day after day for 10 minutes of entertainment and an inflated price.

screw you dude, it's however you're comfortable, also most spray paint artist use stencils, it's a LOT easier than free handing it. I am not saying it can't be done, but on a small scale (like he's doing) stencils are commonly used.
