Ingredients :
cabbage 500g
carrot 50g
cucumber 50g
cool boiled water 2000ml
salt 15g
water 20ml
sugar 60g
white rice vinegar 70ml
How to Make It:
1. Tear cabbage, wash it with cool boiled water
2. Put cabbage, sliced carrot and sliced cucumber in a zipper bag
3. Add salt in bag, rest for 45 minutes, shake the bag every 15 minutes
4. Mix sugar, water and vinegar completely
5. Filter out the pickled water, add the mixture into the bag, rest for 2-4 hours

黄瓜 50克
凉开水 2000毫升
盐 15克
水 20毫升
糖 60克
白米醋 70毫升
如何制作：
1. 撕开卷心菜，用凉开水冲洗
2. 把卷心菜，切片胡萝卜和黄瓜放入拉链袋
3. 在袋中加盐，静置45分钟，期间每15分钟摇一次
4. 完全混合糖，水和醋
5. 滤出腌渍出水，将混合糖醋汁加入袋中，静置2-4小时
