It was all Taj, who is 15 now, and the video was a showcase of quite a few of the famous musicians he has already played with. Taj was a really good guitarist even when he was much younger, so he was a bit of a phenom and attracted the attention of the guitar world especially. Even when he was a young kid mostly playing covers, he always added a bit of himself to the song, and really well too. His early stuff is well worth watching.
