Taj is now 11. Just cut his first original single a few months ago which he co wrote, played the lead guitar, and sang it. He has endorsement contracts with many major companies. He was playing that Gibson SG3 in this song which was his second guitar and one of his favorites. He has about 25-30 guitars in his collection. A full compliment of Gibsons including an original 1964 SG. You mentioned Fender and his has a collection of those too including a strat that has half the finish missing but in his hands it's magic. His main guitars right now are Kiesel. He has an assortment of acoustics which he also plays. Carlos Santana thought so much of him that he signed on of his guitars and gave it to Taj when they performed in Las Vegas at the first of this year. The kid says he practices around 4-5 hours every day. He just keeps getting better. You and his dad could compare beards.

That guitar he's playing, if my memory serves me correctly, is what KISS gave him! He's played with KISS & he's played with Santana!! He's 11 now and well on his way!! He's been signed a recording contract and he bought his little sister Jazel a new top of the line drum set. I believe he's even bought his parents a new house!! So yeah, he's a little man with big money!! He saw AC/DC with his Dad when he was 6 and told his Dad, that's what I want to do for the rest of my life! The rest is history!! I'm 58 and just starting to play a Lap Steel guitar! Then I see Taj, I'm like, I hope I get half as good as this 11yr old guitar God! I'll be 150yrs old and still plucking a string trying to play, Mary had a little lamb!! LOL! ✌😎🎸🎶🎶

It all started at an ac DC concert with his dad and pop at age 6.5..said he wanted to do this for the rest of his life...he's 14 now and playing shows in addition to playing o. Stage with Santana and many others..have been following the whole time

Yeah! Taj Farrant has stolen my heart!! He's such a well behaved and mature lil man!! My chin hits the floor every time I watch him! Then, if that's not enough... I saw him playing behind his head!! Upside down & sideways and never miss a beat! I've seen much older guys in bands try that move and mess up! Not Taj, he nails it!

He does plenty of Fender stuff! The rough fender he uses in some of his songs is called the Frankecaster. His dad assembled it from left over parts, neck fromon, body from another.
