The waiters in this hotel get Between Rs 1.3 lacs to 1. 6 lacs per month. Basic salary starts from Rs 12000 to Rs 15000Total salary Rs130000 to Rs 160000 which includes Bonus, stock bonus, profil sharing and commissions are included.They need to work 6 days a week.People from different countries come to Taj and they get confused seeing the food menu. In such cases the waiter helps them to clear their confusion.. Their task is not so easy and the whole day they remain busy. For doing so much work they get this salary.
Now let's talk about cook. How much salary do they draw? From Rs 150000 to Rs 6.00 lacs

Deeply moved by this, he decided to open his own hotel, one that would be much grander than the Watson's Hotel. He named it the Taj Mahal Hotel.
