When I first played this game, I used to think the plot was unfair because it seemed as if there was always an excuse for Tak to keep going out. I can't believe it took me so long to notice the idea that Jibolba should have noticed the obvious sign of Lok not being the mighty warrior when Tak was first revealed to not be affected by the sheep-transformation curse.

Well, for the extent of the game, we know their entire world and history and exercise considerable power over the world we observe through individuals. While individuals we influence with our power can be hurt or killed, we cannot; safe from all harm from the marauding hordes of enemies. Now that I think about it. This game reminds me of Dragon Quest Builders 1. Your character is always being told that he is there to just set things up for the eventual hero to be born, plus you're constantly being told you are not a hero. Then in the end you decide to do the hero's job since it's clear it will take countless years for him/her to be born and no one is willing to wait when it's clear that you could do the job then and there. You ended up being the hero, because you actually did all the grunt work. Though it does cost you your second life. But I find this similar. Tak ended up being the hero of prophecy because he to did all the grunt work. While Lok just got himself killed due to being over confident. And thinking he's all that.
